Apprenticeship

Since 1980, apprentices have been regularly trained at KYBURZ FEINMECHANIK AG. In the past, they were precision mechanic apprentices and since August 1998 we have been training apprentices as polymechanics.

Our apprentices are involved in the work processes from the 1st training day. They are systematically introduced to professional activities by the vocational trainer himself or by a professionally qualified employee. We offer our apprentices an interesting and varied job with good performance, even during the apprenticeship period.

We expect our apprentices to:

• exact, thorough and meticulous work
• interest in metalworking
• that they like to work on machines
• craftsmanship
• willingness and ability to prepare, carry out, control and correct tasks assigned to them independently and on their own responsibility
• that they carry out the tasks in a customer-, goal- and performance-oriented manner
• ability to work in a team, creativity and flexibility
