Polymechanic EFZ

We have been training apprentices as polymechanics (EFZ) since August 1998.

Our apprentices are integrated into our work processes from their very first day of training. They are systematically introduced to the various professional tasks by our vocational trainer or by qualified staff.

You can look forward to a varied and practical training programme offering exciting insights into precision mechanics and metalworking. If you perform well, we also offer you interesting career prospects beyond your apprenticeship.

We expect the following from our apprentices:

• precise, thorough and meticulous work
• an interest in technology and metalworking
• an enjoyment of working with machines
• manual dexterity
• the ability to work independently and responsibly
• a customer-focused, goal-oriented and performance-driven approach
• the ability to work in a team, creativity and flexibility

Commercial Apprentice (EFZ)

Since 2012, we at Kyburz Feinmechanik AG have also been training commercial apprentices (EFZ).

During your apprenticeship, you will gain a wide-ranging insight into the various commercial areas of our family-run business. You will take on a varied range of tasks, work independently and, in doing so, become familiar with different departments and work processes.
