Our contribution to a sustainable future
Ecological sustainability
We cover around 25% of our own electricity requirements with our solar system, thereby reducing our CO2 emissions. At the same time, we are constantly working to organise our production processes in a way that conserves resources, separating waste cleanly and recycling it – for example by reusing chips from machining.
Social sustainability
As a family business, the well-being of our employees is particularly important to us. We focus on long-term collaboration and promote a culture of respect and appreciation. Our employees are at the heart of our success and we support them both professionally and personally. We are also actively involved in the region by supporting local associations and projects, thereby helping to strengthen the community.

Apprenticeship
We invest in the future and train young talent. As an apprenticing company, we offer sound training in various professions and support our apprentices on their way to becoming successful specialists.
